PROPOSED TENANTS

RENTING A PROPERTY THROUGH OUR AGENCY

Before viewing or applying to rent any of the properties listed above please read carefully the points listed below which will apply to ALL potential applicants:

  • A £20.00 application fee (which is non-refundable) must be paid prior to any application forms for a property being issued.
  • Minimum length of any agreement to be 6 months
  • Unless you are in receipt of Housing Benefit, you will need to have a bank account, provide us with details of same and give us your authority to contact the bank for referencing purposes.
  • You will also have to provide us with details of at least one guarantor who must be resident in Northern Ireland. They will be required to complete a separate application form and give us written authority to approach their bank for referencing purposes.
  • We may also take up additional references on you as the applicant.
  • If your application is successful, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 to enable us to take the property off the market and hold it in your name until completion . Credit will then be given for the deposit paid.
  • Keys for a property will only be handed out when you and your guarantor have
  • completed and signed ALL paperwork satisfactorily, and the security deposit and the first month’s rent have been paid IN CASH or by BANKERS DRAFT.
  • You may also be liable to pay government stamp duty on some tenancies.
